Chai Pudding With Berries
A fragrant and creamy chai-spiced chia pudding, perfect for a refreshing breakfast or a light dessert. It's easy to prepare and can be made ahead of time.
Steps

Gently warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until steaming, but not boiling. Add the chai tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags.

In a bowl, combine the warm chai milk with the chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk thoroughly until well combined.

Divide the mixture into four individual glasses or small bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the pudding has thickened.

Before serving, top each chai pudding with a generous portion of fresh mixed berries.
