Hummus with Pita Bread
This classic hummus recipe is a creamy, flavorful dip perfect with warm pita bread. It's a healthy and satisfying snack or appetizer.

Drain the chickpeas and rinse them. Juice the lemon and mince the garlic cloves.

In a food processor, combine the drained chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, 30 ml of olive oil, water, salt, and ground cumin.

Blend until smooth and creamy. If the hummus is too thick, add a little more water until desired consistency is reached. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Warm the pita bread in a toaster or oven according to package instructions.
