Fried Rice with Vegetables
A classic, quick, and satisfying fried rice recipe, packed with colorful vegetables and fluffy scrambled eggs, all seasoned with savory soy sauce. Perfect for a busy weeknight meal.

Finely chop the onion and carrots. In a small bowl, lightly beat the eggs.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and carrots and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the frozen peas to the vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan. Pour the beaten eggs into the empty space and scramble until cooked through. Then mix the eggs with the vegetables.

Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the pan.

Stir-fry all ingredients together for another 3-5 minutes, ensuring everything is well combined and heated through. Serve immediately.
