Birchermüesli
A classic Swiss breakfast of soaked oats, grated apple, and fresh berries, topped with nuts and yogurt for a nutritious start to the day.

Combine oats with milk and honey in a bowl. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight to soften the oats.

The next morning, wash and grate the apple. Toss the grated apple with lemon juice to prevent browning.

Add the plain yogurt and grated apple mixture to the soaked oats. Stir everything together until well combined.

Divide the Birchermüesli among four serving bowls. Top with fresh mixed berries and chopped nuts.
