Garlic Lemon Chicken Skewers
Tender chicken pieces marinated in a bright garlic-lemon mixture and grilled to perfection. A simple, flavorful dish perfect for a light meal.

Mince the garlic cloves. Zest and juice the lemons. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes, about 2-3 cm. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade bowl, toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 15 minutes to prevent burning on the grill. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place the chicken skewers on the hot grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning them occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown, cooked through, and lightly charred. Serve immediately.
