Grilled Halloumi with Zucchini and Bell Pepper

Wash the zucchini and bell peppers. Slice the zucchini into 0.5 cm thick rounds and the bell peppers into strips.

Slice the Halloumi cheese into 1 cm thick pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced Halloumi, zucchini, and bell peppers. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss gently to coat evenly.

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the Halloumi and vegetables for 3-4 minutes per side, until they have nice grill marks and the vegetables are tender-crisp.
