Grilled Corn on the Cob with Chili-Lime Butter
A simple and delicious way to enjoy corn on the cob, enhanced with a flavorful chili-lime butter that adds a zesty kick. Perfect for a summer barbecue or as a side dish.

In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with the chili powder, the zest and juice of the lime, 0.5 tsp of salt, and all of the pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and boil for 8-10 minutes, or until tender. Drain well.

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Lightly brush the boiled corn on the cob with olive oil. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, for 8-10 minutes, or until slightly charred and heated through.

Spread the prepared chili-lime butter generously over the hot grilled corn on the cob. Serve immediately and enjoy!
