Guacamole with Tortilla Chips
Enjoy this creamy, fresh guacamole, perfectly seasoned with lime and coriander. It's the ideal dip for crunchy corn tortilla chips and a fantastic party snack.

Finely dice the red onion, roughly chop the fresh coriander, and deseed and finely mince the jalapeño pepper (if using).

Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl. Mash the avocado flesh coarsely with a fork.

Add the diced red onion, chopped coriander, minced jalapeño, juice from the lime, and salt to the mashed avocado. Mix everything well to combine.

Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and serve immediately with corn tortilla chips.
